  • Group Yves Rocher, Bretagne

    Within the existing site configuration and boundary, IDI Gazeley developed a 18,000 SQ M (193,750 SF) turnkey warehouse for Groupe Yves Rocher to increase the size of their existing accommodation and to simultaneously upgrade technical specification.


  • Bennet, San Bellino

    The 35,472 SQ M (381,817 SF) warehouse developed for Bennet in January 2010 can be considered as a pioneering centre in terms of environmental integration and accessibility. A ‘smart’ lighting system was installed to conserve energy and reduce waste.


  • Ceva Logistics, Dubai

    IDI Gazeley developed a 63,000 SQ M (678,126 SF) distribution centre in Dubai for CEVA Logistics on a build to suit basis and in record time. It features an array of sustainable measures and was awarded the coveted LEED GOLD environmental certification.


  • Fresenius Kabi, Heudebouville

    Commissioned by Fresenius Kabi to find the optimum solution according to their operational requirements, IDI Gazeley developed a turnkey building solution of over 25,000 SQ M (269,098 SF) in close collaboration with the customer and the local community.


  • Italia Logistica, Monticelli

    This 30,500 SQ M (328,299 SF) warehouse for Italia Logistica enabled them to consolidate their six existing logistics centres into two larger hubs. Due to its eco‑friendly initiatives the new warehouse caters for 75% of the annual energy needs of the customer.


  • John Lewis plc, Milton Keynes

    As an established and trusted partner, IDI Gazeley was commissioned by John Lewis to deliver a second fully automated distribution centre after they developed the first one in 2007. Both buildings are connected by a link bridge.


  • Lamborghini, Sant’Agata

    The project specification involves the construction of a build to suit warehouse and features high bay storage which together with state of the art racking and materials handling technology offers Lamborghini significant additional capacity.

    With these two warehouses, IDI Gazeley supported P&G to streamline its distribution process and to store multi-category products in one off-site service centre. The simultaneous delivery of both buildings was a well-tailored response to P&G’s requirements.


  • Rigterink Logistik, Jena

    This build-to-suit temperature-controlled logistics centre was designed and planned according to the German Sustainable Building Council Silver standard. Each of the three sections of the building can be operated at different temperatures.

    IDI Gazeley in partnership with GPMM developed the logistic building of 30,000 SQ M (322,917 SF) for Sicatec immediately adjacent to the port site to specifically fulfil the customer’s exacting requirements.


  • SMA Solar, Kassel

    The site at Magna Park Kassel is ideally located for SMA, close to its headquarters and production facilities and at one of Germany’s biggest logistics hubs. IDI Gazeley delivered the 47,100 SQ M (506,980 SF) building 6 weeks before the agreed date.


  • Tesco, Enfield

    IDI Gazeley provided Tesco with a build to suit facility. A key factor was IDI Gazeley’s ability to develop the building under a rapid build programme with planning permission granted within six weeks and early access provided to the building after nine weeks.


  • Volkswagen AG, Kassel

    The total space IDI Gazeley developed to date for Volkswagen AG at Magna Park Kassel comprises 125,000 SQ M. Special requirements such as a dedicated rail track were met by IDI Gazeley to the customer’s satisfaction.


  • Walcor, Pozzaglio

    The specification features a brand new, build to suit logistics warehouse, built to strict quality standards and equipped with a range of environmentally friendly features which also lead to reduced building management costs.


  • Wal-Mart, Beichen

    Featuring an array of sustainable measures, this 43,000 SQ M (462,848 SF) distribution centre in Tianjin for Wal-Mart is not only environmentally friendly, but significantly reduces the operational costs for the global retailer.


  • Mercedes-AMG, Stuttgart-North

    This modern and efficient build to suit warehouse just 5 km from the Mercedes-AMG company seat and production plant enabled the company to consolidate and improve their existing supply chain.

    A particular challenge for IDI Gazeley consisted in managing the interface between the fully automated high bay areas and the standard height warehouse areas for the Adidas Central Distribution Center.
