    Jay joined Brookfield in 2013 as Managing Partner, Global Head of Industrial and North America’s interim Chief Executive Officer for IDI Gazeley. He has over 20 years of real estate experience. Jay joined Brookfield in late 2013 from Prologis where he was President, East Region overseeing an operating portfolio of 92 MSF and a development land bank in excess of 30 MSF. Jay previously worked at AMB beginning in 2003 prior to the AMB/Prologis merger in June, 2011. For most of his career, Jay has focused on the industrial warehouse space beginning with Cabot Industrial Trust and its successor company Cabot Properties where he was an SVP and held national development duties. He also worked at AEW Capital Management in various roles as VP Portfolio Management and Investments. Jay received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University.

    Pat McGillycuddy is Chief Executive Officer for IDI Gazeley, Europe and China. He is a founding member of IDI Gazeley (formerly Gazeley), which was formed out of the Asda Group in 1987 to take advantage of general development opportunities at that time. Over his 30 years with the company, Pat has helped to grow Gazeley from a single-country entity to a six-country business into the global brand of IDI Gazeley Brookfield Logistics Properties.

    Pat supports his colleagues by ensuring the company has the necessary resources to deliver its commitments to customers and stakeholders. He is passionate about bringing high levels of customer service and products to the real estate industry.

    As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Matt Berger oversees IDI Gazeley’s North American assets, which are valued at approximately $2 billion. He is responsible for financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax and finance functions. He also supervises IDI Gazeley’s North America joint venture portfolio, valued at just under $1 billion and maintains relationships with investors and key stakeholders.

    Matt joined IDI Gazeley from Brookfield Renewable Energy Group where he worked as Head of Capital Markets. He played a key role in supporting the long-term growth of the business on a global scale.

    As Chief Financial Officer for IDI Gazeley Europe and China, and a member of the leadership team, Shane is responsible for Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury and IT.

    Prior to joining IDI Gazeley (formerly Gazeley) in March 2014, Shane worked in various finance roles for three FTSE 100 companies. He joined Multiplex in 2004 as the Financial Controller for its UK Construction business, which was later acquired by Brookfield and he has since then held various group reporting roles mainly overseeing Brookfield’s European real estate and infrastructure businesses. Shane worked on Brookfield’s acquisition of Gazeley.

    As Chief Investment Officer, Bryan oversees IDI Gazeley’s North America Investments group, which provides acquisition, disposition, portfolio and asset management, and research services for IDI Gazeley and its clients.

    Prior to his expanded role as Chief Investment Officer, Bryan was directly responsible for dispositions and the management of IDI Gazeley’s North America ownership portfolio, as well as those portfolios jointly owned in ventures with third parties. Since joining IDI Gazeley (formerly IDI) in 1995, he has participated in the sale of more than 55 million square feet of industrial buildings with an aggregate sale price of more than $2.3 billion to both institutional and private equity buyers. During that period, Bryan was also responsible for the capital sourcing and formation of several development and long-term ownership ventures in which the cumulative value exceeded $2.5 billion.

    Nick is Chief Operating Officer at IDI Gazeley Europe and China and oversees all capital deployment, disposition and operational aspects of the business in these parts of the globe.

    Nick is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has fifteen years’ experience in the real estate development and investment market. He is a U.K. graduate majoring in General Practice Surveying & Commercial Property Development and has completed training in several professional courses including a Management & Leadership program at Harvard Business School in Boston. Nick joined IDI Gazeley (formerly Gazeley) in 2003 and worked as a Director in the U.K. Team for five years. In 2008, he was seconded to Dubai to establish Gazeley’s profitable UAE business unit. He has also spent several years working with IDI Gazeley’s business in China.

    Since his appointment to the role in September 2015, Alex has been instrumental in instigating the UK speculative development program totaling 1 MSF and has supported a number of successful build-to-suit projects throughout Europe.

    As General Counsel, Rachel is responsible for all IDI Gazeley legal matters in Europe and China. She leads the legal strategy on major transactions and coordinates external counsel. Rachel manages the legals on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, developments and employment matters, as well as corporate governance and compliance. She has led the legals on a number of complex pan-European acquisitions and financing and has a solid understanding of cross-border legal distinctions as well as an in-depth knowledge of commercial market practice on real estate projects.

    Prior to joining IDI Gazeley in 2014, Rachel spent 10 years in the commercial real estate department of a large international law firm. Rachel has an MA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University. She is a member of the Law Society and has contributed to publications of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Real Estate and other legal journals.

    As Vice President of Human Resources, Debbi is responsible for directing all Human Resources initiatives for North America in key areas such as benefits, staffing, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and compensation. Since joining IDI Gazeley, Debbi has developed and launched several platforms and processes for the company, including a performance evaluation process, a new benefits platform, and an internal posting process and national staffing strategy. Debbi is also the Global Coordinator of Human Resources, providing leadership to the global IDI Gazeley Human Resources team and serving as strategic leader of all organizational development and effectiveness, training and succession planning initiatives.

    Debbi holds a B.B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, and an M.B.A. focused in Human Resources from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. She also holds the PHR designation from the HR Certification Institute and the SHRM-CP designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.
